I-siyu provides education on self-compassion. As part of the healing journey, it is necessary to show yourself kindness, love, and patience. There is room for both accountability and self-compassion. Often times, because of blame, shame, and guilt, people need help learning how to genuinely practice self-compassion.
Creator: Brandi is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Georgia. She has worked in the field of social work for over a decade in a variety of professional settings. She understands that people are the experts of their own lives and primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and mindful self-compassion.
